His background in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate has been a strong foundation for his work since 2013, equipping him with the knowledge and expertise to guide clients toward long-term success.
Outside of real estate, Eric lives in Great Falls, VA with his wife, Genevieve, their son, Otto, and their goldendoodle, Penny Lane. They enjoy exploring the outdoors throughout the DC region, and on weekends, you might find Eric with his son at a local cars-and-coffee meet-up admiring vintage classics.

With a passion for helping others, Nadia uses her deep understanding of the local market to guide clients through the often-complex world of real estate. Nadia has joined Eric Fafoglia's team, SFG Real Estate, at Corcoran McEnearney. Before real estate, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her MBA and spent more than a decade leading marketing departments across various industries.
When she isn't helping clients build wealth through real estate, you'll find her behind the wheel of (or admiring) a Porsche or a vintage car, chasing down DC's best Michelin-starred restaurants (she's made it to every 2-star in the area and a good number of the 1-stars), or spending time with her French bulldog, Ghost, and her two sisters, to whom she's incredibly close.
